Contact & Support Tickets

For connection, subscription, billing, or refund issues, submit a ticket through the user panel. Include the problem and the steps you’ve already tried in the same ticket to make follow-up easier.

Contact Options and Response Times

The user panel ticket system is currently the only available contact channel. No email address or Telegram contact has been announced, so we don’t list unverified contact details.

User Panel Support Tickets

Use tickets for connection issues, subscription access, order checks, and refund questions. Sign in to submit a ticket, then check replies and add information in the same thread.

Response times depend on the issue and ticket queue; no fixed response time is guaranteed. Check your ticket page for updates after submitting.

No public support email address is available. For account or order questions, use the ticket system to keep a record of your correspondence. No email response time is available.

No public Telegram contact account or group has been announced. For connection troubleshooting, submit a ticket; no response or response-time commitment is offered through this channel.

Before You Submit a Ticket

Describe what’s happening, then add relevant details about your setup. You don’t need to send a large amount of information—just enough to help reproduce the issue.

Connection and Subscription Issues

Include your platform, client, selected server region, and roughly when the issue occurred. Clarify whether you can’t establish a connection or a specific service is inaccessible after connecting. Add the exact error message or a screenshot with sensitive details obscured.

If you’ve already refreshed your subscription, reconnected, or switched server regions, include the results to avoid repeating troubleshooting steps. For initial setup, see the getting started guide →

Billing and Refunds

In your ticket, include the relevant order, payment method, and what you’d like us to check. VPNRest supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for application details.

Following Up on a Ticket

Check ticket replies in the user panel. If anything changes, add the new error message, steps you tried, or when it happened. There’s no need to open multiple tickets for the same issue.

Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Check your ticket in the user panel for updates instead of waiting for an email notification.

If you can’t sign in, check the account and connection guides in the Help Center. Don’t send account information to contact accounts that haven’t been announced on this site.
