Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains refund eligibility, how to apply, and how refunds are returned for VPNRest subscriptions. Before submitting a request, check the payment order. Records relating to an order are handled through support tickets in the user panel.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You can request a full refund, no questions asked, within 60 days of your first payment. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied or complete troubleshooting first. The refund window starts from the record of your account's first successful payment. Eligibility is based on when you submit your request.

Please specify which order you want us to review. If monthly subscriptions, data packages, upgrades, or duplicate payments involve different orders, list each one so we can verify the amount paid and the benefits associated with it. Later payments do not restart the refund window for your first payment. If you are unsure which order applies or whether it is eligible, you can check with us through a support ticket first.

Usage Records and Exceptional Cases

Normal connections, switching routes, or using data included in your plan are not, by themselves, grounds for refusing a full refund under this policy. VPNRest does not set a separate data usage percentage or usage-count threshold here, and will not change the refund commitment to a prorated refund based on remaining data simply because you have started using the service.

Requests made after the refund window above are not covered by this policy's commitment to a full refund without reason. Unsuccessful payments and orders that have already been refunded do not create an additional refundable payment. If you dispute a payment's status, check the payment record first rather than paying again.

Disputes involving use beyond plan benefits, suspected unauthorized payments, or accounts that violate the terms of use require a review of the order and circumstances. An account restriction does not automatically invalidate a refund request. Any review should explain its basis and distinguish account actions from payment handling; a general flag indicating unusual activity is not, on its own, a refund decision.

How to Apply and What to Provide

Sign in to the user panel, go to the support ticket page, and request a refund. Include your account username, order number, payment date, amount paid, and payment method. If there were multiple payments, list each one rather than providing only the plan name.

If the payment record does not match the order status, you can attach proof of payment. Keep transaction details visible in screenshots and cover unrelated personal information. Do not provide your account password, payment password, private key, or recovery phrase. Subscription links are not needed to verify a refund; do not paste them into a ticket.

After submitting your request, add any further information and check for replies in the same ticket. If we need to verify anything further, we will explain it there. Keep the original submission record to help confirm whether your request was made within the refund window. You can create an account without an email address, and discuss your refund through the user panel.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method and Status

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. They are not automatically converted to account balance, and you do not need to make another payment to process a refund. Check the order amount before processing. For requests covered by the full refund commitment, normal use will not result in a deduction for data already used.

Refund processing and the arrival of funds are separate steps. The arrival time depends on the payment provider's handling, clearing, and the receiving institution's processing. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time beyond what is stated in the facts provided. Confirm the status using both the result in your support ticket and the payment provider's transaction record; a change in account benefits alone does not confirm that funds have arrived.

If you have been told that a refund is complete but have not received the funds, reply in the original ticket and provide the relevant transaction record for review. Once a refund is confirmed, the benefits associated with that order will be adjusted accordingly. If you have other active orders, specify which order should be refunded before processing to avoid confusion.

Payment Method Differences and Disputes

VPNRest supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are handled through the original transaction route where possible. If that route cannot receive the refund, use a support ticket to verify the reason and available options. Do not transfer funds to a third-party account that has not been verified.

USDT transfers differ from conventional payment methods; the original transaction cannot simply be reversed as a refund. Before processing, use a support ticket to verify the transaction record, receiving network, and refund address. Any returned assets, amount calculation, and potential network fees should be explained and confirmed in advance. Do not apply exchange rates or fee standards that have not been published.

If you dispute the refund amount, the order assigned to the refund, or the handling decision, reply in the original ticket and include the basis for your review. See the Terms of Use for account usage requirements and the Privacy Policy for how information is handled. If you have questions about the commitments on this page, confirm them before paying or submitting a request.
